Tracy is absolutely wonderful with Gillian, she's great at soothing her and keeping her calm. She does a great job with making sure that the small things (paw hair, tail and ears, etc) are evenly cut. I couldn't imagine ever taking Gillian back to the spa groomers!

Tracy has compassion and true caring for dogs which really comes through when she comes to groom Lightning. Grooming Lightning in our home makes life so much easier for us, it's a true asset. Bekki is a Miniature Golden Doodle who is 9 months old now. She is a real sweetie with her family, but is very shy of strangers. Her first grooming experience was very traumatic for her. Her second grooming experience was with Tracy, who did everything to make Bekki feel comfortable. She had an excellent second experience with grooming. Thanks Tracy!

Tracy was a life saver when it came to finding someone to look after Vita in our own home. At 15 years old, our cat is now on a special diet and feeding regime, not to mention being rather fussy and needy all at the same time. Tracy quickly bonded with her - and Vita does not like too many people! Whether we are away for the weekend or on an extended holiday, we can always count on Tracy to be both professional and caring when it comes to Vita.

Walking Clients
Tracy has been our dog walker since March. As our schedules changed in the spring we were very concerned Jake would be alone. He was vey use to us being around. Tracy came through for us. She is totally dedicated to him. Jake and Tracy quickly developed a very close relationship as well, when we had to go out of town for a couple of days we were able to enlist her services to spend the night.. We were very confident that Jake was in good hands and are very happy with Tracy.
